Owned and operated by Laura Phelps, 3240 is both a special place and a great service. 

Our commitment to and involvement with the public and the art world creates an environment of excitement and interest.  We believe in supporting our local industries and talents, as well as continually increasing our own collection, so that we may better serve our clients needs and interests. 

Laura has been collecting art and antiques for the almost 30 years.  She began her business of locating and trading special pieces to the public in 1977.  For Laura, you'll see, the art of collecting is an ongoing, exciting world - ever changing, and always fun!

How to get to 3240 DESIGN CENTER...

For visitors coming from outside of Downtown Denver:

The easiest approach is I-25 to 20th Street exit.  You are then traveling east into downtown Denver past Coors field.  Turn north on Walnut.  Take Walnut to 33rd Street, turn east on 33rd Street to Larimer, and turn south on Larimer Street 1/2 block.

For visitors staying Downtown:

From downtown Denver, follow Market Street till it turns into Walnut, and continue on to 33rd.  Turn right (east) on 33rd and turn right on Larimer Street 1/2 block.
